Right next door is our #44 Pinewood Happy Hollow Cabin (bring your friends yet keep your privacy).

PROPERTY LOCATION and ACCESSIBILITY:
Property is paved parking. It is absolutely centrally located just under the hill from the court square. The cabin is located within a cabin cluster so you are near other cabins/people. You can walk to the town square in about 5 minutes. It is about 20 minutes from our world class Blanchard Caverns Recreation area and OK Trading Post with horse trail riding. It is 10 minutes from Angler's restaurant/Fishing guide services and 5 minutes from shopping +medical in the town you're going to fall in love with: MOUNTAIN VIEW, ARKANSAS.
Other area attractions include North Sylamore Creek Access, Ozark Folk Center State Park, Loco Ropes Course (tree top adventures), and the Arkansas Craft School.

We are Ivy Vacations LLC, a professional vacation rental management company. We are readily found in a search. We love the area and mostly live very locally to the properties. All properties are self check-in – with key code – after 4pm. Check out is 11. Confirmed guests received our self-penned "local's guide" to the area! Email you provide is important. We send welcome and access info there. Check your spam, please. Taxes and clean/supply fees are always required as is a processing fee that varies depending on who you are booking through.
We cannot accept CANCELLATION variances due to personal reasons or area attraction closures. If we are mandated to close our rental operations, you will be refunded 100% or given the option of credit for future reservation good for 12 months.
1. We've lowered the down payment to reserve from 50% to 15%. IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. If you need to change your reservation due to COVID related government mandates, we will apply your monies paid towards future reservation good for 12 months from booking date.
3. If you prefer to just cancel, we will retain your monies paid according to the policy timeline, refunding the remainder. We always refund 100% of cleaning and pet fees
4. Please note that 3rd party sites like airbnb have different policies in effect. Please read their fine print.
5. Airbnb has an agreement with the state of Arkansas to collect and remit sales tax. For all other bookings, we collect and remit applicable sales taxes as required for all fees associated with a reservation.

If you want a private feel, without being miles away from town, this is the perfect place. We chose this cabin due to being there during Folk Festival so we could walk back and forth downtown without having to hunt for a parking space each time. Despsee more

Despite having neighbors, we did not feel crowded at all. If you’re physically able to handle a flightso of stairsan incline, I highly recommend this location. The cabin itself isn’t fancy, but it is all we needed out of it for the weekend - a clean place to sleep and shower. Already trying to plan when we can come back!

Spent most of the time sitting on the swing in the gentle breeze among chirping birds and swaying trees, reading my bookhaving my hot tea. Peaceful ! The cabin was clean, cozy and comfortable. Even though the cabins are right in the middle of town among the hustle and bustle, it felt quiet and secluded. Came here to watch the solar eclipse . Will be back for sure!

My partner and I simply loved our stay here! It was the perfect quiet getaway on a busy night everywhere else. Everyone is town was so pleasant to talk to as we wandered from shop to shop. The communication between the property manager and I was delightful! She even brought us a casserole dish so we could make dinner one night in the cabin. The jacuzzi tub was the perfect addition to our stay, as we watched fireworks from around the world on the tv and relaxed in a hot bath with some adult beverages. We will certainly stay again! Maybe next time we will bring the kids and enjoy the area more!

We rented cabin #44 -. They both did not disappoint. We had an issue getting into cabin #44 but a really nice gentleman from maintenance was there and helping us in less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend these cabins or any other propertiessee more
